Ready, Set, Go!
Excuse me Summertime, where exactly did you go? I think we blinked you away.
Last fall, I did my best to hold back the tears and embrace every new opportunity that came with a Kindergartner, not knowing if it might be the only time we got to navigate through elementary school.
This year, we have a 1st grader... a creeping baby... and an always on the move, potty-training toddler. I'm still weepy when I notice even the smallest of changes in these growing kids and in no rush for the littles to get anywhere close to a classroom, but I'm excited to see X take on the role of the older in his multi-age classroom.
