You are a wonderful, caring, loving, and compassionate man, husband, father, papa, son, brother, uncle, friend, and a Respiratory Therapist who works hard for the good of his patients, family, and friends. 

It takes incredible courage to listen to God and to your inner voice, to stand firm in your personal and professional principles, and to take a leap of faith and lead by example, rather than continue down the comfortable, easy path you know.

In medical time, you have been at Lincare for eons, rather than just 8.5 years.  You have made great friendships, personal and professional relationships, and helped many people. God has always placed you just where He wants you, to grow and to lead. 

You will do amazing things in your next chapter. We are so incredibly proud of you.
